The Second Amendment

In the United States today, arguments concerning this amendment can be contentious and confusing. At the heart of nearly every debate is the private citizen's right to bear arms.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
