Graphic Evolution
The graphic art that appears as the background of the header and sidebar has undergone some dramatic changes since this website was first conceived. This page exists to document this evolution in the belief that some visitors may find it interesting.
The original image that I started with was a simple three color picture of the 48-star flag, but I added some illumination and shading to give it a more dynamic feel. At this point, I had no idea of what I wanted the website to look like.
