It's simple. There are only two things you need to know: (1) Respect each other. (2) This website fully respects your privacy.

Site Policies

These policies exist to help protect you, other users, this website, and all party's applicable privacy rights. Failure to respect these policies may result in your computer's inability to access OurCivicDuty.com, its services, and all other related websites. This is done by not allowing the server that you use to connect to the interent (which is currently 38.103.63.62) the ability to download and send data to OurCivicDuty.com.

Forum

Always post your message in the appropriate area of the forum. This is, of course, very important in any area of the site where a discussion is taking place.

Please respect the opinions of other users as well as the users themselves. Please debate and discuss, but do not argue. Again, this is all about respect. If we respect each other, there will not be any chance of a problem arising in the first place.

E-Mail

OurCivicDuty.com always repects your privacy and will not publish, post, or distribute your personal information. This is usually only applicable to a user's email address, but also holds true for any piece of personal information. The exceptions to this policy are if the user becomes a member of the site by creating a username on any of the applicable site areas. The user's privacy will still be fully respected, but the information that is entered upon registration will, of course, be stored on the server. This information is not made accessible to anybody except the site administrator.

Comments

Always post comments on the appropriate page. Try not to make a comment that is more suited to a topic on the discussion forum. Again, as was stated in the Forum Policy, respect each other and our differing opinions.
